Another Fun Forest Session

This morning, Reception RB had an exciting forest school session filled with fun, creativity, and learning!

The children tackled an obstacle course, showcasing their agility and teamwork while solving problems together.

They crafted beautiful wreaths and adorned one of their favourite trees;  it is traditionally a time to dress a tree the first weekend in December. We made sure to take down our decorations and the children will be bringing home their wreaths soon.

Throughout the session, they enjoyed a variety of activities, including swinging, exploring the sand-pit, and decorating a mini Christmas tree. Engaging in conversations, they practised mark-making with chalk, painted Santa sticks, and even blew giant bubbles!

After a busy morning, they gathered for a snack and played 'stick stick fire', fostering friendships and joyful memories. What a wonderful day in nature!
